Note -- Our voip phone line is routed through Calgary, but we are not located in Calgary.  We are located in Pincher Creek, Alberta.  We do not have an actual store front. 

A husband and wife run shop, we maintain and manage the web-store ourselves, and process orders from our home office.  We are stay at home parents and we have children at home with us.  We aren't always available to answer the phone which is why email is best if you need to get in touch with us. >> info@dragonmoon.ca  We always return emails.

We Ship Worldwide -- Shipping is handled on a priority basis.  We strive to get all orders out the door within 3 business days for regular non-rush orders.  If you've selected a faster shipping method, it will go out the same day (Mon-Fri) or the next business day. 

Wholesale -- We offer a re-seller discount for other stores - please contact us if interested. 

Catalog -- Our website is our current catalog - we sell out of items too fast to have a printed catalog in circulation.
